You can file a ticket for tech support with our helpdesk. There are two ways to file a ticket.

1. Log into the helpdesk portal at https://nereg.on.spiceworks.com/portal
2. Send an email to help@nereg.on.spiceworks.com with the issue in the subject and a short description
